At Franzoso Energy Solutions we recognize our responsibility to preserve and protect our natural enviroment. And, we are fully committed to recommending and installing the home improvement products and techniques that will contribute to a healthier, more energy-efficient and sustainable future for everyone.

Green building, also known as a sustainable or high-performance building, is the ongoing practice of constructing and improving homes and other structures by using materials and techniques that are both environmentally responsible and resource efficient.

These green practices are applied throughout a home’s life cycle, from choosing the proper site, and designing and constructing for mimimun environmental impact, to maintaining the structure in accordance with established environmental laws and standards, renovating with energy-efficient and sustainable materials, and recycling.

Green buildings may, for example, incorporate sustainable materials in their construction, such as products made from reused and recycled materials, or from renewable resources to create healthy indoor environments and outdoor landscaping that reduces water usage by using native plants that survive without extra watering.
